However, these things do take time, the newspapers are letting stirling know when the article comes out anyway

Should be in Daily Telegraph features section tomorrow.
Yes, Ards Chronicle were there, so expect an article.
More to follow. As promised, Irish Airsoft is currently fronting the sport!

Not much of a write-up (unless someone found more through the paper) but the photo looks really well!

We walk about the place talking about ASI all day, and then they go and post a link to Arnies... :s
"We are not enemies, but friends. We must not be enemies. Though passion may have strained, it must not break our bonds of affection. The mystic chords of memory will swell when again touched, as surely they will be, by the better angels of our nature."
"Don't walk behind me, I may not lead. Don't walk in front of me, I may not follow. Walk beside me and be my friend."

There were mistakes in the article. Quoting me as a manager is one. These things happen due to time constraints. The journalists were decent enough to turn up in the first place. Even in the UK airsoft gets approx no coverage in the nationals.
Why don't you look at the overall picture and ask how much publicity your sport got in Ireland as a result?
If anyone types in Airsoft and Ireland in google they will find your site. The news coverage is what triggers their interest.
It's up to you guys to capitalise on what coverage the Irish sport has received.
